Hey all Updates!!!

So as you may be aware of, I haven't been posting recently, due to my own mad crazy life and personal issues. But enough about me.

Firstly I have been looking hard and long at my blog and I think it is time for it to be updated, I have been too ' run of the mill' posting the same old news that everyone else does and not been focusing on the weird and wacky world that is gaming.

I promised readers new and quirky and fresh gaming news and I have been doing the complete opposite. So that is firstly going to change.

Also the look of the site is pretty naff, that to is going to change, more features, reviews and again better news.

So hopefully in the next few weeks you will see a new and improved bimbogamer, I hope you will be pleased with the changes!

Keep checking back for the update!

Resident Evil 5 New Trailer!

Last night every one has been anticipating the release of a trailer for the upcoming Title Resident Evil 5.

The mysterious counter on the official site had people wondering what was due to come. I myself was excited to see if the new trailer featured any new gamplay and maybe more story would be unfolded.

Capcom should be happy with their new title, from what I have seen, it looks like they have took Resident Evil 4 and put it on extremely powerful steriods.

One thing I am happy about is the fact they have stuck to this style of gameplay, over the shoulder, and what also looks interesting in the way the camera changes angle when you engaged in close combat.

Roll on November, I cannot wait to see more gameplay, more story and what other little things Capcom has in store for us.

Well done Capcom with the trailer, I know you have got millions of fans dribbling at the mouth!

Consoles Through The Years!

I love retro games, I still play my amiga games on a regular basis. Lately I have become facinated by retro consoles, I am trying to collect them, which is proving differcult as some of them I didnt even know exsisted!

I was so happy to come across and article on the site My360.com.au, which focuses on the range of consoles from the 1970's to today. Some of them are amazing, some of them I owned too (mostly the nintendo and sega range) But my favorite of all being the Amiga 500, which isnt actually listed on the site ( as it isnt classed as a console) but this was the system which got me into gaming.

Some of the consoles you wont know, especially if you are young, some of the ones from the 70's I have never even seen before, but all I know is that I would love to have them in my collection.

So for all you console collectors out there click the link below to see the collection they have.

Were Has Bimbo Been!?!?

Come back readers!!! I am still here!! For those of you out there who has been wondering were I have been, I haven't fell off the face of the earth, I am here, just been out of service shall I say.

For those of you who didn't know, I have been in Gay Paris last weekend. The best time ever was had by me, so much so I think I could live there and I hope to be returning very soon.

I had the privilege of not only seeing the beautiful sights of Paris, but I got to see the Pièce de résistance ( OK trying to roll with the french theme, roll with me) that is Load Inc. Most of you have seen in my blog the past 2 months, that I have had a really good relationship with Load Inc. and I have a passion for what they do over there. They are a great team, who are so passionate about their work and I think it is so vital to let people know about all the hard work they put into their games for us gamers to play.

I got a really in depth look into the running of the studio, I was even acquainted with the world famous coffee machine and of course the ' big wig' himself, the lovely talented Denis Bourdain, who I have to add, made me feel so welcome, the type of person you would love to meet in Paris.

So this week I am hoping to post news and photographs of my time in Load Inc.

Watch this space!

And lastly I want to say thank you for letting me spend time in the studio!
